Enhancement of start.sh and start_debug.sh

1. Feature Description
currently you have to go manually into the setup dir of the openhab setup. Like:
cd myOpenhabDir
start.sh

You could enhance the script easily to be executable from any place in the 
system by adding: cd `dirname $0`

so the script would be:
#!/bin/bash
cd `dirname $0`

# set path to eclipse folder. If local folder, use '.'; otherwise, use 
/path/to/eclipse/
eclipsehome="server";
.....

the enhanced file is attached.
