HA Classifier always returns H1 subtype #16

HA Classifier_all always returns H1 and never H3 for any sequence. The fasta csv file consists of both H1 and H3 cases data created by the "tmp" classifier. ( check "all" files in html/classify/ for reference)

Classifier data has one Intercept value and 2 classes.

(TODO: I should remember to cleanup all temporary files)
