New training page - central location for help videos and/or training materials #22

Training material needs a new page, and link from the main page sidebar.

I suggest a "Help" option on the sidebar, and within this, a "Tutorials and Training Materials" section. Immediately, the McKean Workshop zip file can be moved from the "About" page to here - perhaps a link to the original conference page too.

About page was updated with variables description, and a training workshop section. As workshops and materials grow, we can consider a dedicated page.
