Create an API that will update the RDBMS table to correctly map sequence and clade. Also, remove duplicate and wrong case and sequence mapping.

PHP based API completed but after further discussion with Michael planned to create python tool to do the same but using a different approach as compared to using blast result data. PHP script and associated files were moved to archive. (Theoretically, it is not completely correct)

@mazeller may I ask did we plan to do something with the archived file? Or should I move it to close
