Change neuraminidase reference for automated logistic regression classifier #3

Currently neuraminidase clades are being classified at a depth that does not show the full scope of genetic diversity. Neuraminidases need to be reclassified by splitting up current clades. After reclassification, the logistic regression classifier needs to be checked for correct functioning. The heat maps tool may also need to be reworked to have a nicer display.

Use the NA references from our nn_patristic_classifier tool. Stick with 1998/2002/2016/human-seasonal.
