Confusion matrix should always be based on training data. monthly or nightly.
Make update db code more modular.
Complete implementation of recommended delete for html email.

Final test for duplicate detection and delete recommendation to email summary done on DEV using dummy duplicate data. Dummy data removed. Code pushed and LIVE updated.
