Proposal for the expansion of Timeseries based tools

Timeseries and Regional Tools have been greatly enhanced in the recent past.

At present, users can select a given time frame, play with variables, categories to be shown and see the reflected change in the graphs. But we can give the user more critical insight through the graphs especially in the Regional Tool by adding these changes as collectively to create a more powerful tool:

• Letting the user pin up some key states of interest +
• After they select variable, categories of interest and time range, we can have a play button or make a gif / video of that selection like a timelapse for the whole range of time. (This can be defaulted to the last 3 years as well, to see how viruses are spreading)

Plus if we make the directed graph based algorithm then we can also share the flow details of the selection too. @mazeller and Dr. Gauger's idea of clustering the neighboring states for pharma based clients and research can be added to it as well. A play button will be very interesting in all time based graphs at the minimum to show the growth with time. (for Timeseries as well)
