Create a changelog file and recent changelog text using git logs and add them to the corresponding section on About page.

changelog files created for live and dev. cronjob added. Completed for DEV. Need to be reviewed~ @mazeller

Needed to do some change in the way toolbar's option feature was used. You might like to check that~ Working in IE, Firefox, Chrome and Android. Safari not tested yet.
