Check the reason for the discrepancy. Possible cause scripts not in sync. Reconcile LIVE and DEV dbs & files. DEV change default database

Found DEV to be more updated Update files reconciled. Currently working to put under source control.

Next database should be reconciled.

Resolved. Still keep on checking for any discrepancy in the future.
