Error occurred while submitting workitem. Status code 403 #5

Hi, I have an error when trying to convert a dwg to pdf. I can login fine, the dwg loads fine. I logged the status code and it returned 403, which is Forbidden : The user is not authorized to create the WorkItem. I didn't change anything. Is it because the JSON payload for POSTing workItem is different in Design Automation V3? If so then what change is needed to the JSON argument?
