Populate data onto manage data page so it can be edited #108

Users should be able to click edit on a table row of data. The data should populate into the form edited by the user and saved into the database.

If the course code remains the same it should overwrite the database data so should not have to be deleted.

I think I have this completed, just have to drive to ANU to test whether it works.
