There has been a request to have a method of giving and receiving feedback on communication in the team (and outside if needed). Let me know your thoughts down below about this and we can setup an anonymous form or something that people can submit through if they are not comfortable with talking about it with the team.
However I should mention, that you always have a voice with us, you don't need to worry about being talked down on or anything. If anything speak up, the team is equal and I would never want to exclude anyone from conversation and we have always given people opportunities in each meeting and online to speak their mind.
