I think you are referring to pyDOE (and not pyODE).
You need to install the package manually.
pip install --upgrade pyDOE

In continuous_time_inference (Schrodinger) this paper, you are from pyODE import lhs. But there is no module named pyODE. Can you help me with this problem? thanks you.
