Bug - Some Bug #86

Describe the bug I'm trying to download the "Buku Panduan Penyelesaian SKU" but when i trying to download i get the message "request access", when I clicked it then the message "access denied", how can I download the file then?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Unduh'
  2. Click on 'Pendega'
  3. See an error

Expected behavior i can download the file without asking for access
