Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We already use upstash, but for rate-limiter only.
Check if it's possible for us to store another data as a cache layer.
For instance, store the result of statistic API.

Since we mark the upstash installation as optional, make sure to by pass the process if the env is not present.
