Submitted Date timezone issue

Describe the bug submitted date is late by 7 hrs

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Submit a question

Expected behavior supposed to be 19:05

pretty sure removing line 265 could fix it, can help to check.

currently setting up envs, if you have dev firebase & notion that you could share that would also be nice
