FIX: Overflowed Alert Layout on Setting Notification Page

Description

Fix overflowed alert box on setting notification page on smaller screen issue.

While I'm at it, I also did some styling changes and fix styling issues on setting notification page:

Handle overflowed issue on tab list. Below is the example of how it looks like with long tab list

Handle layout shift issue when displaying error message on "Chat ID Target". The below image on the left shows the before fix, while the right one shows the after fix:

Remove container padding so that the layout is consistent with other pages (e.g. /account, /account/settings). Also, modifying the gaps between element for consistency. Now, the page looks like below:
