implementasi pagination for question list on account page with useInfiniteQuery

Can we check the optimistic update when doing some actions, such as mark as done and toggle public/private?

It seems like i need to update the code for updating the data, as the return pagination structure has already changed.

I have pushed the latest code, but I'm not sure if this is the best way to address the update and delete question issues.
