There has been another overhaul of the RR in May 2018!
The first part of the warm up has changed, a couple of the band dynamic stretches, cat-camels, and swinging leg moves are out. A new warm up move called "squat sky reaches" are in as well as scapular pulls and parallel support hold. The bodyline drills remain the same. The skill work removes parallel bar holds, replaced by inverted hangs/skin-the-cat as previously mentioned. The strength section has new beginner progressions for pull ups and dips - scapular pulls and support hold/negatives.
Attached is a crack at the JSON file. Videos are missing for the new things of course. The idea is to add it as a "RR May 2018" option so as not to mess up any history too much. I'm too lazy to do a proper PR ;) but it requires more tweaking in a few kt files to add "else if routine1" type crap.

I am currently away until 18th June so I won't be able to release the apps before that as I don't have access to my laptop or any other macbook.

Hi @supertom44 I will be looking into RR this weekend as I was away.
Bump. I love the app and use it all the time. It would be fantastic to have an option to do the 2018 rr as well as the original. Already paid for premium, but would do it again to get this feature.
Is there any roadmap in place for incorporating the new RR into this app? Trying to decide whether I should switch to a new app in the meantime.

I think somebody with play store account should fork, merge PR and call it Bodyweight Fitness beta or something like that. That way new features will be available faster to general public.
