[BUG] Install for all users not allowing application to run #62

Describe the bug When installing for Windows 10 64bit, I am unable to get the application to load when installed for "all users". Installing under the "only for me" works as intended.

Log file N/A

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install application, and, when asked, install for all users
  2. Finish install
  3. Open application via start menu icon
  4. Application will not open

Expected behavior Expected would be that the application opens when installed under "all users"

Fixed in 0.11.11
