[FEATURE REQUEST] Update for non-selectable list as well as better coloring #64
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This feature request is enhancing the damage list by not allowing them selectable. This prevents Windows clients from a situation where you select an item in the damage list and then all the coloring stuff is gone. These changes also prevents the background of damage list under inactive mode change to OS specified color. Additional high-contrast coloring for each item is also added to prevent text showing as non-identical color.
