Broken imports #4

The current version (0.1.0) installs Albumentations most recent release, which does not contain certain functions which were used. The current work around is to install from source. I.e. install the development version of Albumentations and use the cloned version of this repo. This will need to be fixed for next update.

Packages must be imported through git for now. It works, but ideally a different solution is found in time. Maybe copying over the missing transforms that we expect to have.
