Option to always show scroll bar #251

To make navigating a long document easier it would be nice to have an option and/or gesture to always show the scroll bar on the right side of the screen.

It could be that, or a global setting.

In my case I generate and use PDFs of the right size so scrolling is never needed. Also the scroll bar takes-away interactive space at the right when it shows-up (making one to rethink buttons size/position there). So never showing the scroll bar would be a nice option too.
