A few stylus comments

Just got myself a Lamy and couldn't wait to play around with the stylus options of rm-hacks :) Here a few thoughts:

• [ ] I think the settings page could be more logical if you switch the layout of press and hold and triple click (minor enhancement)

With the press and hold I had a few issues:

• [ ] The selection tool doesn't work properly for me. If I have another tool activated and I press the button and start drawing, it changes to the selection tool and marks the part shortly, but then the selection box disappears. Afterwards, the selection tool is already activated and then it works without pressing (but also with pressing). So just the first selection doesn't work. (bug?)
• [ ] It would be awesome if one could press the button while already drawing and then it would change everything to the selected tool. But maybe only if the line stops when the button is pressed to avoid accidental presses having an effect. (enhancement)
• [ ] When the highlighter is chosen in the menu I believe it puts automatically the yellow highlighter. It would be nicer if it used the last color chosen. It would be even nicer if one could set the color in the settings. It would be even even nicer if one could set the specific pen (e.g. thicker red fineliner). (enhancement)

This one unfortunately is not doable (or at least I don't know how to achieve it):

When the stylus touches the screen surface all QML processing is paused and resumed only when the stylus is taken out of the screen.

I'll investigate the other two :)
