What is their native function? Maybe scroll up and down could be some other buttons?
CTRL + Up and Down arrows moves the cursor from the start of a paragraph to the end of a paragraph, and vice versa. CTRL + Left and Right arrows moves the cursor one word at a time. At least that's in Windows layout. For Mac layout I believe it's Option instead.
It would be lovely if by pressing CTRL+arrow up or arrow down the page of a notebook or PDF would scroll up or down, respectively.
