Buggy double-finger scroll #309

rm2 with version 3.9.5.2026 and rm-hacks v0.0.9.

The tablet has difficulty recognizing the double-finger gesture to scroll through the page. I need to repeat the movement multiple times until it gets it.

Also seeing this issue on v3.10.2.2063

Edit: Noticeably worse scrolling down (to add more page) than it is scrolling up

Greatly improved response with the following tips:

Move the finger quicker.
Very gentle touch. Keep no pressure.
Rest the fingers for 1 second, then move.
