Missing the file of 'SIVA_invitro_distribution.R' #9

Hi, there.

When I want to try of R shiny clicking on "Run App", I received the errors.

cannot open file 'SIVA_invitro_distribution.R': No such file or directory

Unfortunately, I didn't find this file from your contents.

Hello,

Thank you for pointing this out to me! I was testing this script on my device locally and forgot to push the app.R version without this script (it's currently not part of the publicly available SimRFlow). I have uploaded the app.R script now that has the corrected modifications. Please don't hesitate to contact me if any further issues arise :)
