import themes for JetBrains IDEs #257

Most JetBrains IDEs have support for color schemes but they are very scarce. The only source I found is this website http://color-themes.com/?view=index that has a lot of options. I wish, if possible, add the color schemes for the IDEs. THe formats accepted are .icls and .jar.

@gstfrr If you know of an existing, or wish to write one, conversion script I'd be happy to include it and the schemes in the proper format!

I suspect, however, that it would not be simple. The JB formats highlight very specific parts of the syntax, whereas these color schemes are for output of various terminal code colors and are much simpler
