Add Ghostty terminal template #415

Description

Adds a theme template for the Ghostty terminal. This terminal is being developed by @mitchellh and is planned to be open source in the future. It's currently being beta tested privately, and the community is growing, so it seems appropriate to add the themes now.

Should I squash the commits or is it good to merge as-is?
