Remove explicit blockquote #111

Support for recognizing blockquote: as a blockquote object rather than a regular block was added sometime in the past, for reason's I'm not certain I remember clearly. It may have been related to an escaping issue in the time before all blockquotes were indented and escaping became moot. In any case, it is a pointless anomaly now and should be removed.
