Human and computer language attributes on code #137

Is there any reason not to allow both human and computer language attributes on code and codeblocks? Doing so would not involve any change to current syntax nor to current serialization. The only real impediment is that the name "language" is used for both internally. But human language is serialized as xml:lang, not language.

And there are reasonable cases for its using both attributes. I the sample was SAM or XML, for instance, those documents can be in different human languages and that might be worth noting.
