attributes on labeled list items #152

Labeled list items are not mentioned in the list of structures that take attributes in the language doc.

If you add an attribute to a labeled list item it does not raise an error but does not show up on output.

The serialization code for labeled lists does contain code to serialize attributes but it looks broken.
