There is an inconsistency in how structures that can occur both inline and as a block are represented and serialized. We have insert (a block) and inline-insert (inline) but codeblock (block) and code (inline). Is it worth making these more consistent?
Having pondered this, I think that the current choices are more colloquial in their respective contexts and that forced consistency would not gain us anything. So closing this.
