Inconsistency in parsing names in citations #168

In as stand alone citation, if there is content after the first space in a name, it is parese separately into and extra attribute.

[#foo bar]

In a citation on an insert, the entire citation field is included in the name: >[#foo bar] The citation should be parsed the same way in both cases. Incidentally, this would provide a measure of support for referencing compound identifiers per #155.
