Supporting table captions in HTML? #202

Is there a way to export the table name (presently published as data-name attribute) as a element inside the table? It would be fine, even if the contents is blank, like record-set-field / data-field-name.

This seems reasonable on first glance, but it would require a docs change. I'll take a look as soon as I can.
