The links to the model weights are invalid #2

Hi, when I was trying to download the converted models of Render for CNN and Click-here CNN weights, I find the original links are invalid. Could you please update them or send me the new address? Thanks a lot.

Thanks for reaching via email, somehow I had never seen this issue pop up. The issue was that links were broken due to changing the webhost. They should work now.
