What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start CFG Loader.
2. Select any Gamecube backup.
3. Enjoy the monitor's error message.

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
Haven't tested it, but doubt it.
Please provide any additional information below.
I use a 1080p monitor with build in speakers. It is connected with an VGA cable
and my Wii's output setting is 480p. I think that my monitor can't handle the
output signal. I have tried some settings inside CFG Loader, but I kept getting
the same error (also with DiosMios). The Wii is an European (PAL) one.
