Need more options to change nintendont settings in CFG Loader #255

CFG loader 70r78 does not have the option for native controllers when booting a 
gamecube game through nintendont. It doesn't list a lot of the options. This 
should be fixed/added seeing that Nintendont has the best gamecube 
compatibility.
