Package updates for Keras 3 #6

Keras 3 has introduced new appealing features but at the cost of breaking the backward compatibility with the previous versions as reported in https://github.com/mbarbetti/pidgan/issues/4. This PR aims to update all the problematic classes to recover the compatibility with TF2.16 and those will follow.
