Various aspects the navbar and menu of SMDB change position while zooming in and out, using map apps, along with some alignment issues, etc. This issue requests that the existing navbar inconsistencies be fixed via CSS.

These issues were also addressed via the resolution of issue #255. Closing this as a result.
