Create an MB-System datalist from a list of surveys #75

From the Use Case document:

Construct from that list an MB-System datalist that includes the accepted prioritization for surveys.

This could be an option from an expedition page and from the compilation page. On the latter, it could be based on the .mb-1 file that was used by the load script to identify the compilation.

It seems like this can be generated for a list of Missions shown on a page as mentioned in this comment.

It also would be great to get a list of all missions (and paths) that fall within a box you draw on the map. Here we would need to employ knowledge of the status of the missions (e.g., if they were failed or testing missions).

The Missions, Expeditions, and Compilations pages, where there are ways to search, provide a pageable list of missions, expeditions, and compilations. Two features added to these pages will help address this issue:

  1. Add the temporal and spatial selection widgets that are used on the home overview page
  2. Provide table export options from the list of items returned, one of these can be an MB-System datalist
