Video should freeze on first frame until play is pushed when new video file is opened. #16

Currently the player opens and immediately begins playing the video. Since I have to resize the video and move it to the correct placement on my screen each time I open a file, I need the video to freeze on the first frame until I am ready to begin annotating.
