Describe the bug Deployment Galene 9- 01/26/2023: Brian - Need the zoom to vehicle, measurement features, and overlays added to the map page.

Expected behavior All vehicle maps would display overlays that allow user to zoom to the current vehicle, measure distances between features, etc.
