[Comms] - Vehicle ACK does not work for satellite. #272

Describe the bug Deployment Daphne 03/15/2023: Monique - Vehicle ACK does not work for satellite, cf screenshots:

In reality, calibrate_sparton_compass was received via cell and the mission started even before daphne received the mbts_sci2 via cell (see below). Real Ack by daphne for mbts_sci2 was 17:12.

Just want to ensure I'm understanding the issue properly:

The comms queue timestamp is showing the time from the moment the mission was sent as opposed to using the timestamp from the corresponding acknowledge event? Is that right?

Monique can clarify with certainty but, yes, that is how I was interpreting the bug request as well.
