Center Map on centroid of latest GPS fix positions - As in Dash4 #315

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The LRAUV team has requested a control map button to "Center the map on the centroid of the latest GPS fix positions of all active/displayed vehicles (one per vehicle)

Describe the solution you'd like Some example code of how to best implement this control button for Dash5 and which files will need to have edits to accomplish this in the most efficient way

Describe alternatives you've considered The team likes the functionality of this button as in Dash4 (https://okeanids.mbari.org/dash4/#/-/ahi,daphne;Map)
