Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The LRAUV team has requested a control map button to "Zoom to all available and selected vehicle positions"

Describe the solution you'd like Some example code of how to best implement this control button for Dash5 and which files will need to have edits to accomplish this in the most efficient way.

Describe alternatives you've considered The team likes the functionality of this button as in Dash4 (https://okeanids.mbari.org/dash4/#/-/ahi,daphne;Map)

Based on how we addressed #315 you should be able to replicate and alter write a variation of our approach there to fit the entire vehicle path to bounds.
