Dropdown Map Control Button to Display All Layers (vehicles, stations, etc) and their positions - Similar to Dash4 #317

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The LRAUV team has requested a control map "Dropdown Checked Tree View" button to "Display all available Layers (vehicles, stations, etc) on map along with GPS fixes for each" as in Dash4

Describe the solution you'd like Some example code of how to best implement this control button for Dash5 and which files will need to have edits to accomplish this in the most efficient way

Also - remember you should inquire about whether or not all of the layers need to be available in dash 5. I.e. the vehicle points from the platforms functionality may be redundant.
