Added a CenterView button for active GPSFixes on vehicles. Added Permanent Vehicle Name Tooltip for VehiclePaths. Added Vehicle Position, Time and TimeSince last GPS Fix Tooltop on hover of latest indicator coordinate in VehiclePaths.
