Separated association buttons from controls (add button)
Created controls sub-panel
Added lock button with boolean lock state
Implemented string serialization & deserialization of NamedAssociations for use in passing around association buttons
Implemented analogous DragPaneDecorator & added hook for drag event to association buttons
Changed user data of "association buttons": Association -> NamedAssociation

@kevinsbarnard Well done! I like how you mirrored the UI layout with the concept button pane below it. I've run tests on it and all appears to be working well. I'll package it up in a new release today.

Oops, found an issue where the links parameter's for the button are lost on save. I'll look into it.
