Renaming an annotation with ID ref should ask users if they won't to rename related annotations

At MBARI, we use an association (aka detail) with the linkValue = identity-reference to mark multiple annotations on the same animal. As we add ML annotations, there will often be at least 2 annotations of the same object with the same id-ref. If a users rename one of them a dialog should prompt them if they want to rename the others or update the id-ref #.
